Looks like it was never used or for a very short time. all items are here, including original adapter and connecting to TV items. box in ok condition. taped in many places. unfortunately i do not have TV set to test it. i do assume it works fine if connected to proper TV set (not sure if modern monitors or smart TVs can be used- if they can let me know before buying and i try to connect it to my samsung. i just assumed it would not have connection i need and did not try. note: dark spots are my camera issue only.
